King Henry and his entourage of nobles lived for the hunt. Henry would appoint a lord to the post of "Master of the Horse", a highly sought position giving whoever holds it close personal contact with the king. It was easy to gain favor and status, and in the case of a disastrous hunt, and easy way to lose estates, titles, and perhaps your head.
We designed the Fox and The Hound to be simple of line but striking in the choice of wood. The Hound is larger and heavier weighing anywhere from 1.5 to 2 ounces. The Fox is lighter, more streamlined, and swift of spin.
